Chakras are energy centers in our body that each correspond to different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our well-being. These seven chakras help keep our body and mind balanced. By tuning into and taking care of these energy points each day, we can support our overall health and feel more in harmony.
Tune your chakras daily for a healthy you.

  • Sit with your back straight and your feet on the ground.
  • Close your eyes to focus your mind.
  • Start with your root chakra, located at the base of your spine. Visualize it turning clockwise while saying "LUM" (luhm) aloud 3 to 4 times.
  • Next is the sacral chakra, which is just below your navel in the lower abdomen. Place your hand over this area and chant VUM (vuhm) while visualizing it turning clockwise.
  • The solar chakra, or solar plexus chakra, is situated in the upper abdomen, above your navel. Visualize it turning clockwise while you say RUM (ruhm).
  • The heart chakra is in the center of your chest. Chant YUM (yuhm) and imagine it moving clockwise.
  • For the throat chakra, located in the middle of your throat, say HUM (huhm) and feel the vibrancy in your throat as you visualize it turning clockwise.
  • Now move to the third eye chakra, which is located in the middle of your forehead, just above your eyebrows. This chakra is connected to intuition and inner wisdom. Visualize it spinning clockwise while you chant OM, feeling its energy growing brighter.
  • Finally, focus on the crown chakra at the top of your head. The crown chakra represents your connection to the universe and higher consciousness. Spend a few moments visualizing it turning clockwise, allowing energy to flow freely upward and outward.
Create an invisible sheath around you, so that no negativity can penetrate it.
  •  Be a ball of positivity and good health.
